Custom Production & Order Policy

By placing an order with TrendzValley, you agree to the following terms:

Custom Fulfillment

All products are made-to-order and produced individually once your order is placed. This allows us to deliver unique, custom-designed items created specifically for you rather than mass-produced inventory.

Order Guidelines

Because each item is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size, color, or style selection

• Buyer’s remorse

We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions and Size Charts carefully before completing your purchase.

Accuracy of Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. TrendzValley is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Please report any issues within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve them quickly.

Return Handling

As our production partners typically reproduce defective items instead of processing physical returns, customers are generally not required to return items unless specifically instructed by our support team.

If there is ever an issue with your order, our team is committed to finding the best possible solution.
