Shipping & Production FAQ

Since your items are being custom-made, the timeline looks a little different than a standard "big box" retailer.

How long will it take to get my order? Your order goes through two phases:

Production (2–7 Business Days): This is the "printing" phase where your item is created.

Shipping (3–7 Business Days): Once it leaves the facility, the transit time depends on your location.

Total estimated arrival: 7–14 business days.

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey.

Multiple Packages

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately since our products are fulfilled by different production partners.

Delays

TrendzValley is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Courier disruptions
Customs processing
Weather conditions
Incorrect shipping information

However, if your package appears significantly delayed, our support team is always happy to assist.

Where is my tracking number? You will receive an automated email with a tracking link as soon as your order is printed and packed. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update once the carrier receives it.

My order says "Delivered" but it’s not here. Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a day early. If it hasn't shown up after 24 hours: Check with neighbors or your building manager.

Contact your local post office. Note: We are not responsible for packages stolen from your porch or property.
